I'm so glad I decided to use Wise Pest Control at my friend's recommendation. In my experience, there are so many pest control companies that over-charge and don't even provide quality service. Wise Pest Control is the real deal: fairly priced, professional, and actually considers their customers' needs.

We called Wise Pest Control because we found rat droppings in our home. We researched how to handle the issue ourselves and, while I know it is possible to do it on your own, we are so glad we entrusted Wise Pest with handling the issue! We had an initial walk through with Jeff and he identified any parts of the house that needed to be sealed. He also came up with a plan that would ensure our cat would be safe as that was a major concern of ours. He was extremely honest about what we needed, never trying to oversell us on something that wouldn't work. The pricing was reasonable and includes a one year warranty which gave us peace of mind. In fact, after shopping around and speaking with friends who have had to hire exterminators, their rates are some of the most reasonable you will find. Since that first walk through, we have primarily worked with Chase and he has been so amazing to work with. We trapped one rat and as soon as we smelled the odor we notified him and he was there immediately to remove it. When we continued to find droppings and suspected the rats may not be attracted to the approach we were using, he brought new ideas to the table, testing new traps and bait. Admittedly the process has been slow, but that's unfortunately the nature of getting rid of rats. Chase's care and attentiveness has given us the reassurance that we will get the problem handled. We have now gone a few days without finding droppings and feeling hopeful. I would absolutely recommend working with this company!

Jeff was very thorough with the inspection. The estimate was a bit on the higher side. The tech did a great job with the fumigation in the attic and under the house. So far we are happy with the results.

We recently moved into a new home and upon moving in discovered a massive ant infestation! We contacted Jeff, who promptly responded to our request for service and set up a visit. The very next day, Jeff serviced the property. We saw immediate and dramatic results - no more ants! Jeff was super professional and thoughtful. He gave a straightforward price estimate prior to the service and never tried to upsell or pressure us into recurring treatments. We have a crawling baby and he made sure to use products that were safe for her. He was kind enough to pull all of the furniture and toys off the wall prior to the interior treatment and made sure to keep the baby's stuff free from any spraying. We will definitely contact Jeff for any future pest control services, should we need them. Overall, this was a great experience!

Had some termites, operative word, "had." Jeff was thorough, knowledgeable and easy during initial consult. It's abundantly clear that the guy understands these insects in a full-blown, scientific way--and will use that knowledge to destroy them. Not just a "spray-and-pay" shop here, which I appreciated. Chase, who came by to spray was just as professional and did an excellent job. I wouldn't say I'm exactly looking forward to calling them for my next infestation, but they will be my first call. After moving into our new home, ants were a nonstop issue for 3 weeks all throughout the house. My husband and I tried using Terro baits to no avail (and I mean A LOT of Terro baits). After doing some research, we went with Wise Pest control. Their communication via Yelp was great and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have the property treated. I ended up needing to re-schedule last minute due to the need for an unexpected air conditioning repair and Wise Pest Control was easily able to move my appointment. Chase came by to do both the interior and exterior treatment. He was extremely friendly and thorough in all areas of the home.
