They never showed for scheduled appointment. They gave me a time frame and I waited the entire one and a half hours. Didn't even contact me.

Jeff is a professional and honest expert in his field. We suspected rat problem after finding chewed up shoes in the garage. I sent a request in Yelp and Jeff got back to me immediately. He came out the next day to inspect. He looked in places I didn't even know existed and found rat droppings. When the solution turned out to be very simple, he was honest and said we didn't need his services at the time. We didn't get charged for the free inspection. In exchange, we now have our go to pest control expert!

I called Wise Pest Control around 3:30pm and they were able to show up the same day. I had called another pest control company prior and said they'd arrive the next day, between the times of 1-3pm. I couldn't wait around because there was a wasp in my room!! So I cancelled and kept faith with Wise Pest Control. Jeff came out to assess the issue and quickly got it resolved. OMG did we have termites! I didn't realize how destructive these little things are but it's unreal. I was terrified about the chemicals and cost to get this taken care of. This company was able to take an echo friendly approach and then replace whatever areas needed to be replaced. Luckily they were reasonable willing to work with us.
